This is a great place to receive mail and packages from any delivery service like USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. (by renting a box). They also allow customers to send and receive faxes.

The staff is great. They are well trained, courteous, and efficient. The staff quickly get to know their customers, and will go above and beyond reasonable expectations to make sure that their customers are satisfied.

We live in a motorhome and only come back to Muscatine for a short time in the spring. We have our mailbox there for the last four years, and find the service excellent, we call them on the phone and they will send our mail to us where ever we are at the time. They are always friendly and go over and above our expectations.

Very friendly staff, very clean store and lots of options wether it be postage stamps, mailing something or shipping something.. I had made graduation invitations and they were way better than what I envisioned.. I have had several pictures copied and they turned out amazing! And all I did was email the pic's... AND they were done with in a day.. fast service!!!

I've been using M&P for a few years. The people here have always been Really helpful and always super nice! The UPS drop off is a big plus also! This is definitely one of the Great business of Muscatine!!

Every time I go to Mailboxes and More, it’s a positive experience. Everyone there is polite, helpful, and efficient. Last week I had an issue with an Amazon return and they walked me through it. They offer a lot of services and we are fortunate to have them in our community.

The owner picked up my return package from my work and shipped it UPS, no charge. I am unable to get out that way in the winter and she helps make my printing and shipping needs much much easier! She's a sweet heart! Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve never gone anywhere else to have things mailed or printed but I don’t need to. These guys are the best in town and the nicest people you’d ever want to meet!

Great people, helpful. Our son is in the military so we have to ship things to him, the staff always gives us the best way to get it there quickly and the lowest rate. They are the best at what they do.
